Blockchain technologies involve significant risks, including but not limited to volatility, loss of funds, regulatory changes, and technical failures. The Foundation makes no representations or warranties regarding the protocol’s performance, security, or future viability.

3. Risks Associated with Blockchain and Digital Assets

Engaging with blockchain protocols like Moony carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Market volatility and potential total loss of value;

• Technical vulnerabilities, hacks, or exploits in the underlying blockchain;

• Regulatory risks, such as changes in laws governing digital assets;

• Liquidity issues or inability to access or transfer assets;

• Loss of private keys or wallet access, resulting in permanent loss of funds;

• Dependence on third-party platforms, wallets, or exchanges, which may fail or be compromised.
